Spice Route young doctors offered support by the MRCGP INT board
It gives me immense pleasure to inform you regarding generous support displayed towards encouraging young doctors of the South Asia region, through WONCA South Asia region’s Young Doctors’ Movement, The Spice Route, by the MRCGP INT board. The Spice Route movement members have been offered an annual support up to $ 2500 towards various activities.
FM360 exchange hosts needed
Are you interested in hosting a young GP from overseas? The FM 360 program is looking for host practices particularly in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
This program is supported by WONCA and works thanks to the collaboration of the seven WONCA Young Doctors’ Movements.
The Spice Route young doctors report on Colombo
The recent WONCA South Asia region conference was preceded by ‘The Spice Route Movement session’ at Sri Lanka Medical Association, Colombo on 12 February 2016. The session manifested over seventeen young doctors representing seven different countries.

Polaris Shines Bright in Montevideo
Recently, Polaris took advantage of the chance to collaborate in the planning, leading, and development of a Family Medicine preconforence with our international colleagues in Montevideo, Uruguay. This meeting was a collaboration between three World Organization of Family Doctors (WONCA) regional Young Doctor Movements (YDMs): Waynakay (Iberoamericana Region), Polaris (North America Region) and the Vasco da Gama Movement (Europe Region).
