WONCA Africa Montegut Scholar reports on Rio
In 2016 the American Board of Family Medicine Foundation (ABFM-F) awarded Dr Kenneth Yakubu the 2016 Montegut Scholarship for Africa. This enabled Kenneth to attend the WONCA World conference in Rio. Kenneth writes “Through the Montegut Scholarship award for Africa, I was offered the opportunity to be part of an enriching experience, one I will remember for a very long while. Indeed, I feel blessed. Thank you, ABFM-F”. Kenneth has written an excellent report.
Vasco da Gama presidential handover - Reflections

A particular conference in the idyllic island of Tobago from May 14th to 19th, 2016 was unique in blending the elements needed to engage the local professional body while instilling a sense of community in a wider audience from various countries.
