The University of Botswana's Faculty of Medicine, established with family medicine as a key focus, has matured over 14 years, producing numerous family physicians. The Ministry of Health's goal to revitalize Primary Health Care in Botswana aligns with hosting this prestigious conference, showcasing what family medicine is about and what family physicians do.

After the conference, we invite you to explore Botswana's natural beauty, including the Okavango Delta and the Tsodilo Hills, and enjoy the wildlife and traditional rock art.
