Jordan Society of Family Medicine

The Jordanian Family Medicine Specialists Association is considered one of the non-profit scientific associations that falls under the umbrella of the Jordanian Medical Syndicate. The Jordanian Family Medicine Specialists Association was established in 1993 and includes family doctors in its membership. JSFM joined the World Family Medicine Organization in 2003 and is considered one of the founders of the World Family Medicine Organization for the Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa region in 2010. Since its formation, the Society has been holding scientific conferences or scientific days, with a conference every two years and more than one scientific day in a year.

As the President of The Wonca EMR Organization, it is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the Wonca East Mediterranean Region Family Medicine Congress 2024, which will be held on 3rd October 2024 in Jordan.

This year’s conference has been designed to provide an innovative and comprehensive overview of the latest research developments in Family Medicine and Primary Health Care. Over the course of three days, the conference will feature symposia, keynote sessions, parallel workshops and abstract presentations.

We hereby invite you all to share the results of your scientific research with us by submitting an abstract of your work, and by joining us in sharing our vision of Wonca EMR Family Medicine Congress 2024: Towards Resilience Sustainable Primary Health Care.
